All sales are final once an order has been processed. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong selection, or personal preference.

Due to hygiene reasons, all nail products are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been shipped out. This is to ensure the safety and cleanliness of every customer.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • You receive the wrong item
  • Your order is missing items


If any of the above happens, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photos as proof. We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
